Jac Mao was built on the foundation of Fortune Garden — a beloved Chinese restaurant that made Hylan Boulevard a dining destination. That heritage gave us a community that already trusted us before we opened our doors.
When We Added the Sushi Bar
A few years in, we reopened with a dedicated Japanese sushi bar — giving every table the freedom to order noodle soup and nigiri in the same sitting. It wasn't a pivot; it was an expansion.
